Meet Minister TJ

Minister Terrance L. Frederick, Jr. “TJ” is a passionate ministry leader dedicated to revitalizing and restoring youth and young men through faith, prayer, and biblical teaching. As a licensed minister at Saint Paul Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, he delivers messages rooted in authenticity, scripture, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth.

Actively engaged in leadership, Terrance serves as the President of the Washington-Virginia District Young Adult Ministry and is a member of the Young Adult Steering Committee for the 7th Episcopal District of the CME Church. His work focuses on empowering young adults to grow in faith, leadership, and service within the church and beyond.

Terrance is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with a focus on Christian Education at Regent University, further equipping him to teach, mentor, and lead effectively. He has also served as a Connect Group Leader for Campus Ministries and played a key role in fostering diversity, inclusion, and faith-based community building.

Through TLFrederick Ministries, Terrance’s mission is to inspire and equip the next generation to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. His heart for ministry is rooted in love, compassion, and a desire to see lives transformed by faith.
