Min. Terrance Frederick's Bio

Terrance Frederick is a dynamic and passionate ministry leader driven by a deep-rooted faith and a heart dedicated to serving others.

 As a licensed minister at Saint Paul Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, Terrance's sermons resonate with authenticity and a profound understanding of scripture. His personal journey, marked by the challenges and triumphs of living with a disability, has fueled his unwavering commitment to creating inclusive worship experiences for all.

Terrance's academic pursuits at Regent University, where he is working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies focusing on Christian Education, further enrich his ministry. His studies provide a solid foundation in theology and practical ministry skills, enhancing his ability to connect with and inspire diverse congregations. 

Beyond the classroom, he faithfully served as a Connect Group Leader for Campus Ministries. He was recently asked to serve as the Cultural Integration Intern for the Center for Student Happiness. This new cultural program seeks to strengthen social bonds, encourage cultural exchange and innovation, and deepen understanding across diverse backgrounds for Regent University students. Due to his unwavering support of the mission and values of Regent University, he has accepted an appointment as an Admissions Counselor within the Office of Enrollment Management.

Beyond the pulpit, Terrance is a vocal advocate for disability rights and inclusion within the church.

 He actively works to dismantle barriers and create spaces where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to participate fully in worship and fellowship. His advocacy extends beyond his local community, as he has served in leadership roles such as Vice President of Young Adult Ministry for the New York-Washington Region of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and Senior Advisor to the President of the Connection Young Adult Ministry.

Terrance's core values are rooted in love, compassion, and justice. He believes in the transformative power of faith and the importance of creating a church that reflects the diversity of God's creation. His ministry is characterized by authenticity, vulnerability, and a deep desire to connect with people on a personal level.
